The Keyone has proven quite the success story for BlackBerry

In a 2017 where your choice of phone should be big screened and bezel-free, who would have thought the BlackBerry Keyone would prove such a winner for the company producing it? Who’d have thought the qwerty keyboard still had a ton of lowkey fans?
Well, the Keyone has proved so much of a success for TCL (you know, the company behind BlackBerry). According to TCL, the Keyone sells as fast as they (TCL) can make them.
Considering the attention to detail they put into the production and design of the Keyone, it is no wonder. Once had the pleasure of fiddling with one when I spotted it with a stranger and almost ran away with it (kidding), it is that good (not kidding).

Announced February 2017 and released April, the Keyone runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat, upgrade-able to Oreo 8.0. With a 4.5inch display, 3GB RAM with 32GB onboard storage expandable to a whopping 2TB via SD card, it features 12MP primary camera and 8MP secondary and is powered by a 3505mAh non-removable battery (Galaxy Note 8 see your Junior o). What is not to like about this device? The Keyone currently retails for about NGN250k in select Nigerian stores.
BlackBerry is rumored to be launching a new device this October
