Red Sparrow Trailer - Jennifer Lawrence is done playing games

First came Wonder Woman, then  Atomic Blonde, then Bloody Mary and I thought wait, could this be the age of the bad b**ches not-to-be-messed-with females all over again?

Could we possibly see a sequel to Angelina Jolie’s Salt not soon before long? Then Red Sparrow comes along and I’m thinking this is one too many to be a coincidence, so yeah, it is the age of the bad b**ches not-to-be-messed-with femme fatales.

Based on a book of the same name, Red Sparrow stars Jennifer Lawrence who has gone from wielding Bows and Arrows to brandishing lethal weapons like knives, guns and barely there bathing suits as a Russian spy who falls for CIA officer (Joel Edgerton) and considers becoming a double agent.

It clearly is no Salt, but why do I get that spiritual prequel vibe? Red Sparrow will hit cinemas in march of 2018.
