First teased at last year’s E3, Microsoft finally unveiled the Xbox One X
at E3 this year in June, dubbing it ‘the most powerful gaming console ever
created’ and if those specs are anything to go by,
Microsoft were not just
blowing hot air, it may very well be the most powerful console. Slated to
become available by November 7, with pre-orders already kicking off, the
console is proving to be highly sought after/breaking sale records for Microsoft.
It's only been five days since pre-orders commenced and the company is already
announcing a milestone.
Great news for Microsoft is the Xbox One X pre-orders are the fastest
selling in Xbox console history, and reports say it is already outselling the
PS 4 Pro on Amazon. Bad news for gaming nuts like me, the console is
unfortunately sold out in many countries around the world…not for long though; Microsoft
plans another wave of pre-orders for next month, so those places where it's
currently sold out will get new batches to offer.
Here is to hoping the Project Scorpio edition graces the shelves again
when Microsoft re-stocks.
